We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team.
Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Legal and Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
This role will require you to provide in-house legal support, primarily in relation to EU and UK data privacy laws and regulations plus online data protection and compliance. From time to time, you will also provide general legal advice
The successful candidate will be involved with researching and advising ongoing data privacy laws including the GDPR as well as providing factual and expert advice. You will undertake research into data privacy issues and assist in case planning and drafting of instructions
Importantly you will monitor online enquiries and dashboards and understand the legal context to enable prioritisation
In addition, identify issues that can be actioned and those that need escalating to a Senior Legal Adviser
This role will also see you correspond directly with members, experts and other third parties when necessary
Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate investigative and analytical skills, as well as the ability to learn in-house systems quickly and comfortable on all Windows suite software.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and work autonomously and to tight deadlines.
Ideally, you will possess a legal degree, or other relevant qualifications, and have previous experience of operating in a legal or compliance environment
Other responsibilities include:
Proactively generating new business and building new relationships within the SME sector. B2B2B and B2B.
Growing Seers footprint in the SME market and raising awareness of proposition.
Actively promote Privacy technology solutions and encourage partnership and integration where relevant.
Successfully winning business and implementing within set timescales.
Producing quality business development and marketing content and collateral
Working towards set objectives.
Attending meetings with partner organisations or prospective clients and spotting opportunities to drive forward.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in law
Good knowledge of data protection market will be a plus
Good knowledge of SMEs partnerships B2B2B and B2B will be a plus
Having an excellent existing network of intermediaries with an established relationship will be a plus
Demonstrated ability to consistently form successful partnerships
Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in-person
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
Management of competing priorities across the business development team
